How to Use:

• Adults and children 6 years and older: 2 or 3 sprays in each nostril twice daily (every 10 to 12 hours); do not exceed 2 doses in 24 hours

• Children under 6 years: Do not use

• Blow nose before use; insert nozzle into nostril and spray while breathing in gently
